Tea Tasting Notes
Always keep the Tea in an air tight container.
Do not use previously boiled water that has been continuously on the boil.
Make the tea when water has just reached the boiling point (Jumping temperature).
Over boiled water will not give a tasty cup of tea due to lack of oxygen it will flatten the taste.
For Milk tea - First pour milk into the cup (Milk in first). Then add tea and sugar according to your taste.
