Vanilla is cultivated in the hill country of Sri Lanka around 3000-4000 feet above sea level. The Vanilla plant required manual coaxing in pollination to produce the flavorful vanilla pods. We have mastered the fine art of impregnating this delicate flavor in to Ceylon tea to bring out the creamy and mellow taste of Vanilla.
